This is a story of how I start my healthier life, to keep my body balance, between eating, working, and living my routines. I used to do cycling as my weekly workout, but then I start to live away from home, at Kudus for about 1,5 years. So I never did any workout since that, beside walking to my office, walking around project, etc.
Now, it's been almost 6 months I stay at the head-office, alhamdulillah :') My life was revolve around waking up, working, eating, and going back to sleep. until one day, my pants started to feel strait at my belly and my body feel so heavy for me than before. Ew. That day, I realize, I have been eating too much and have an irregular sleeping hour (I got an insomnia).
Then, I started to feel curious when my desk-mate, mba Uswah, talking about her gymnastic schedule. Long story short, I joined the gymnastic with mba Uswah and that was the first time I felt so happy because I was sweating A LOT, after all this time, I never do any EXERCISE at all. I felt my body was at ease. No tired at all. just sweat.
It has been more than a month, I have a regular schedule for working out, at Tuesday night and Saturday morning. Now, I know, why people who's trying to have a healthy life, they become addicted to it, either running, gym, yoga, cycling, and so on. Because, it gives you a total-satisfaction. Believe me, you have to throw away that laziness and start to do any exercise for your body..
Here are some tips from me:
1. Find a mate to do the exercise
2. Do any exercise that you feel happy to do it, any simplest exercise will do. as long as, it will make your body works!
3. Set your schedule, so it becomes your routine. Because, if you do it when you have a free time, you will keep procrastinating, and never do any exercise at all.
4. Set any motivation, either to keep your body healthy, or to gain any body goals.
5. Istiqomah, at least, pray for it :))
